SHRI RAM COLLEGE OF COMMERCE
The Commerce Society is one of the six registered societies of Shri Ram College of Commerce and has been ranked on the top among all the commerce societies in the entire Delhi University from the past three consecutive years.
Appreciating the scenario of innovations and management by the juvenile, the Commerce Society strives to produce an efficacious platform of opportunities to ignite the fire of creativity among those who have a ravenous appetite for brilliance. This vision is backed by the college authorities by making available all the paramount academy and constructive resources as and when required. With a legacy of over 50 years and an aim to stimulate social and intellectual activity among the students and make them compatible with the challenges that the world outside puts forth, we propose national level competitions, round table conferences, organise semi annual & annual fests, speaker sessions and a lot more. We also Publish MUDRA – Our Annual Journal, which is. a compilation of Articles, Fun segments and what not!.

Dr. Asha Rani
(Assistant Professor, Shri Ram College of Commerce)
Dr. Asha Rani is an Assistant Professor in Commerce Department, Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. A meritorious student throughout graduation, college topper in her Masters as well as distinction holder in M. Phil. She has completed her Ph.D. in the area of finance. Her area of research interest lies in the domain of Finance particularly performance evaluation, corporate finance, and financial markets. She has more than ten research papers to her credit in various peer reviewed journals of repute. During more than 13 years of her teaching career, she has taught papers on Income Tax Law & Practice, Corporate Tax Planning, Business Tax Procedures & Management, International Business, Business Mathematics, Business Statistics, Management Accounting, Business Mathematics & Statistics at various Undergraduate levels and Post-graduate level. She was also associated with the pre-summer school program of MHROD at Department of Commerce, Delhi University. She has also taken various sessions on R software, E-views software and Excel for teachers as well as for students at College and University level. She has also attended numerous workshops, national & international conferences, delegations, seminars and actively contributed in various committees at the administrative levels.
